Do you want to return?

Have you ordered a piece of jewelry via the Aurore webshop, but you do not want to keep the product?

Free exchange service and size guarantee
Would you like to exchange your purchase for a different model or size?
Then exchanging is free of charge. Contact us to arrange this and we will send you a return label to send the item to us free of charge.

Do you want to return your item and receive your money back?
No problem, all orders have a 30-day cooling-off period. This cooling-off period starts on the day you receive the complete order. Within this period, you must have started the return process by registering the return shipment.

Only purchases via the webshop
Only products ordered through our webshop (www.aurorejewelry.nl) can be returned to us.

Bought an item in the store?
For a product that you have purchased at one of our points of sale, you can contact the relevant store. These products cannot be returned via our website.
The store's terms and conditions for exchanging or returning products apply.

You can return your jewelry in 3 steps

Step 1

REGISTER RETURN

Fill out a return form and send it to us to report the return to us. You can also send the completed form to us by e-mail via info@aurorejewelry.nl.

Step 2

PACK WITH CARE

Use a sturdy packaging to pack the product. Make sure the product is well protected in the box and cannot move freely to avoid damage during transportation.

It is best to reuse the packaging that we sent to you.

Step 3

SEND

Please put our address clearly on your package and drop off your package at a post office. When you drop off your return, you will receive a proof of postage.

Please keep this proof of shipping!

Without proof of shipping, we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.

After sending..

Within 10 working days of receipt, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your return package from us.

As soon as possible, but no later than 10 working days after cancellation, the full amount will be transferred to your account!
We can of course wait with the refund until we have received the goods back.
Did you pay with a gift card? Then you will also be refunded with a gift card.

Terms and Conditions

The item may be returned if the product
• is undamaged
• is unused
• the jewelry has the original jewelry label (not cut off)
• the packaging is complete and undamaged
• the certificate is complete and undamaged
• other supplied items are complete and undamaged (jewelry box and other associated items) are undamaged
• maximum 30 days after delivery if return is registered

Custom made/modified jewelry cannot be returned
By law, we cannot accept products that have been manufactured to consumer specifications, such as custom work or jewellery that has a clearly personal character.

The following jewelry cannot be returned in any case:
• jewelry that has an engraving
• jewelry that has been custom made/altered
• jewelry made/customized to order

If your return does not meet the above criteria, we will unfortunately not be able to accept it or a reduction in value may apply.

CONDITIONS
• We ask you to always state your order number.
• You can return your items within 30 days of receipt.
• The product is undamaged and has no signs of wear.
• If the product is damaged or shows signs of wear, we may charge you a reduction in value.
• The product must be packed in the original packaging - if reasonably possible - with supplied accessories, warranty certificates and instructions for use.
• The box may be opened to view the item and possibly try it on, just as you would do in a store. It is not necessary to remove labels, stickers, cards & protective plastic.
• If you have placed an order that has been paid for in part or in full with our gift card, you will receive the amount back in the form of a gift card.

We may charge you a depreciation fee in the following cases:
• The return shipment does not include any promotional items you received with your order.
• The gift wrapping cannot be returned and the costs for this will not be refunded.
• If the product is returned damaged, but can be repaired, we will contact you about the handling. In this case, it is possible that costs will be charged.
• If the product is returned damaged and/or with signs of use, but can no longer be repaired, we will contact you. The depreciation in that case can amount to 100% of the purchase price.
